Creating a Human Database | Abstract

 I am planning to create a human database.

Having a programming background and finding a lot of fraud cases on the internet, I plan to create a global human database. I would not call it a 'project' yet because I did not know if it is feasible or not.

I know that owning a human database is illegal in privacy concerns, but I did not care. I might save the data for personal use and take it to my death, or I might entrust it to someone I believe has the same vision.

Oh okay, end with all the background. 

First, I will first need to learn face recognition from the basics.
I also need to save the recognized faces to the database and it must be query-able. 

I need a camera and GPU so I could capture the faces in real-time. 

I should add the function to assign 'faces without a name' to information manually.

In addition, it would be tiring to assign information to 'faces without a name' so I would 'steal' that information from a platform that already stole owned most of the global user information, programmatically of course. 

To increase the spread range, I might need to gain access to the public's CCTV (yes, I should learn that too) or plant my own.
If I plant my own, then I should make it as small as possible (microscopic is preferred). 

Finally, I need to create my app, I prefer an app that could be installed in AR devices such as smart glasses with camera support, so I could detect anyone anytime. But if no such device is available in public, then either I make my own or I create a mobile app instead
